AI Game Builder generates source code from your description, using your own Anthropic API key. Generation quality depends on the underlying AI model and is provided "as is" — always review generated code before relying on it, especially for anything security- or payment-related.
AI Game Builder is an independent, third-party product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Anthropic, the maker of Claude. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, referenced here solely to describe compatibility (this product requires you to supply your own Anthropic API key). Any other product or company names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential, and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don't use the service to generate or distribute malware, to attack or scrape other systems, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass its rate limits or security controls.
Code generated for you is yours to use, modify, and ship — including commercially. We claim no ownership over your generated output.
Where payments are enabled, prices are shown before you pay and are processed by Stripe. For prompt packs, a free excerpt of the instructions file is shown on the product page before you buy, so you can evaluate the content first. Business buyers can add a NIF/VAT number and company name at checkout; Stripe issues the invoice automatically.
Refunds: prompt packs are digital goods delivered instantly. You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 48 hours of purchase provided you haven't yet downloaded the pack. Once downloaded, the content has been delivered and used, so refunds are handled case by case — for example a duplicate charge, a technical fault preventing download, or the pack not matching its description — through support@ai-game-builder.online. This doesn't affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under local consumer law.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for losses arising from generated code, downtime, or account suspension for policy violations, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
